enable a prime contractor under a DoD contract with the applicable FAR clause to
receive the 5% cash rebate payable under the Indian Incentive Program. Established
in 1997, the DoD Indian Incentive Program is funded annually and is a catalyst for
teaming and subcontracting by Native American companies
